Job summary

Little Mead Primary Academy is seeking a teaching assistant to join from November 2026 on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027. The role runs part-time, 32.5 hours per week, 8:00-3:30, Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering high-quality interventions and supporting pupils including those with SEN.

Fluency Duty

This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to speak English with confidence and be able to conduct a conversation and answer questions for extended periods of time.
