Job description

Teaching Assistant

Salary Range: Scale 3 Point 5 – 6

Working hours: Full time, term time only

Contract: Permanent

Start date: June/July 2025

Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about the value of education and committed to making a positive difference to our community.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with young people and supporting students within a mainstream school environment. They should have an adaptable approach to work, and experience of SEND would be beneficial but is not essential.

We seek an individual who collaborates well as part of a large pastoral team and has the drive to make a difference to students through our values of Empower, Respect, and Aspire.

As part of the role, you will receive ongoing, extensive professional development to support your future career in education.
