They will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, along with the emotional intelligence required to work effectively with pupils, parents, staff and external agencies. They will be an advocate for children with SEND, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met through high-quality provision and support. We are looking for someone who can lead and develop inclusive practice across the school, supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching that enables all pupils to succeed. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and be able to drive continuous improvement in SEND provision, identification processes and intervention strategies, supported by a wider network.
