Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support Primary Schools across Sunderland, South Tyneside, Gateshead, North Tyneside and Durham. You will assist pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with learning, 1:1 and small group sessions, and SEND support in a busy school environment.

Opportunities include both full-time and part-time roles with access to CPD via Milk Academy and a fast-track compliance process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people or adults in a professional capacity within the last 5 years.
• Teaching Assistant experience is desirable.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Experience supporting SEND pupils is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, reliable and adaptable approach.
