Exclusive Education Ltd are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Warrington. You will support children across breakfast club, lessons, lunchtime, and after-school activities, helping pupils thrive academically and socially.

The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS. This role offers ongoing CPD, a supportive education consultant, and potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting.
• Positive and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, caring and nurturing nature.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Are you a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for a varied role within a supportive school environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school seeking a dedicated individual to support children throughout the school day, including Breakfast Club, Midday Supervision and After School Club duties.

The Role

• Supervising and supporting pupils during Breakfast Club before the school day begins
• Assisting teaching staff where required during the school day
• Supporting children during lunchtime as a Midday Assistant (MDA)
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times
• Organising engaging activities during After School Club
• Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting
• A positive and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A patient, caring and nurturing nature
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
