Ribble Autism School is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. You will support across key stages, help pupils with their work, and assist with behaviour while modelling positive interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils, including those with autism, is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Assist children with their work and encourage positive behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and respond to individual needs.
