Aspris is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team at Newbury Manor School. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed individuals who can support across all key stages, work alongside the class teacher, assist pupils with their work and support behaviour while acting as role models.

Newbury Manor School is a specialist school for young people with ASD. The role offers training, career progression and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with their work alongside the class teacher.
• Support pupil behaviour and establish good relationships with pupils.
• Adapt practice to support across all key stages as needed.
• Respond to individual needs and act as a positive role model.
