Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard - Apprenticeship Opportunity

Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard is a new two-form entry primary academy for students aged 3 to 11, opened in September 2017. The academy admits up to 60 children per year from Reception to Year 6, with full capacity achieved across all year groups by September 2021. It features brand new facilities, a nursery for pre-school children, and a centre for children with speech, communication, and language needs. Located in Ebbsfleet Garden City, the academy serves as a community hub and was rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in November 2021, excelling in all inspection areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students with their educational and social development on an individual and group basis.

Working Details

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, during term time plus 1 week inset.
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months plus End Point Assessment (EPA).
Total hours per week: 37.5 hours, including 20% training. Start and finish times to be agreed.
