Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role in an Alternative Provision School in Northampton?

About the School - Northampton, Northamptonshire

This Pupil Referral Unit specializes in supporting students who have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools, many of whom have social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEND).

The school offers both academic and vocational pathways aimed at integration. An experienced teaching assistant familiar with similar settings would be highly valuable. You will liaise closely with teachers and guardians as part of your role.

This position requires a firm but fair role model capable of managing challenging behaviour daily, whether in 1:1 or group settings. If you are an experienced SEND professional with resilience, we encourage you to apply.
