Job summary

Teaching Personnel Cardiff is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 basis within a welcoming primary school in the Ely area of Cardiff.

This role is ideal for passionate, patient individuals with experience supporting children with ALN or behavioural needs and a commitment to tailored educational support. You will deliver 1:1 support, collaborate with the ALN team, and help pupils feel safe, engaged and confident at school.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
• Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis or with additional learning needs is highly desirable.
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
