Job summary

Class Cover Ltd is seeking Teaching Assistants to support learning in Worthing and surrounding areas. You can choose daily supply, short-term or long-term placements, with flexible schedules that fit your availability.

Daily rates start at £95 for General TAs and £100 for SEN TAs, with ongoing support and a quick registration process to help you get started in local schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• DBS check (or willingness to apply).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for supporting young learners.
• TA qualifications desirable (but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support learning by assisting pupils in class, corridors and during activities.
• Assist teachers with set-up, supervision and classroom management.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to support individual and group learning needs.
