Job summary

Outwood Academy Valley in Worksop is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with teachers, delivering tailored learning activities and providing academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. The role will involve classroom support and targeted interventions, including for SEND and EAL students.

Responsibilities include helping to develop individualised student support plans, working with teachers across lessons, and contributing to safeguarding and welfare activities.

Role: Teaching Assistant

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary (Actual Salary): £15,937 to £16,190

Working Pattern: 26 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks)

Join us as a Teaching Assistant, working directly with teachers to implement tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups. This varied role spans classroom support, intervention management (including for SEND and EAL students), and helping to develop individualised student support plans.
