Job summary

Outwood Academy Adwick in Doncaster is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work directly with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and provide essential academic and welfare support to individuals and small groups.

The role spans classroom support, intervention management for SEND and EAL students, and helping to develop personalised student support plans. 30.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus 3 days.

This varied role spans classroom support, intervention management (including for SEND and EAL students), and helping to develop individualized student support plans.

The role of Teaching Assistant across our Academy is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with statements of special educational needs, under the direction of the class teacher.

30.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3pm Term Time plus 3 days.
