Sir William Robertson Academy, Welbourn is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our support staff team. You will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and help them reach their potential.

In classrooms and with individuals or small groups, you will provide tailored support and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. DBS clearance is required and candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring inclusive access to learning.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff.
• Provide pastoral support and contribute to students' wellbeing.
• Assist with supervision duties and wider school activities where required.
