Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our agency on the Wirral, starting immediately. Positions support EYFS, KS1 and KS2 across local primary schools.

You will work with experienced teachers, have access to CPD, and enjoy flexible full-time or part-time roles, with weekly PAYE and potential permanent placement.

Qualifications

• A Level 2/3 TA qualification desirable; those with school experience considered.
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+) or equivalent Level 2.
• Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in class and small groups.

Role: Flexible Teaching Assistant

Location: Wirral

Salary: £465-500 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

Connex Education are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our agency, working across the Wirral, starting immediately. We are working in partnership with fantastic local primary schools looking for support staff to join their dedicated teams across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff and have access to ongoing professional development through Connex Education.

Assignment Details

Person Specification

Qualifications

• A Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable; however, those with relevant school experience will also be considered.


• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above for both) or equivalent Level 2.


• Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
