Job summary

Initio Learning Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant with previous TA experience who can prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines within our Dorset schools, including our Wimborne-based head office.

You will liaise regularly with staff, pupils and parents across the school and with our Trust central team, supporting pupils and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive learning environment. The exact salary depends on hours and weeks worked.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
• Strong communication with staff, pupils and parents across the school.

Responsibilities

• Regular liaison with staff, pupils and parents across the school.
• Support across school activities within the Initio Learning Trust.
• Assist in classroom duties and help maintain a welcoming learning environment.

Job description

We are looking for someone who has previous Teaching Assistant experience, and who can prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines. Communication is key in this role, as you will be regularly liaising with staff, pupils and parents across the school, as well as with our Trust central team colleagues.
