Initio Learning Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant with previous TA experience who can prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines within our Dorset schools, including our Wimborne-based head office.
You will liaise regularly with staff, pupils and parents across the school and with our Trust central team, supporting pupils and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive learning environment. The exact salary depends on hours and weeks worked.
We are looking for someone who has previous Teaching Assistant experience, and who can prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines. Communication is key in this role, as you will be regularly liaising with staff, pupils and parents across the school, as well as with our Trust central team colleagues.
Interviews will take place on 5th October 2026, with the successful candidate commencing in post as soon as possible.
