Thrive Group in Runcorn is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class alongside the Deputy Head Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident TA with Primary experience to impact learning and progress.

You will provide targeted support, assist with planning and preparation, cover lessons when required, track pupil progress, and contribute to the wider school community and events. A positive, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Key Stage 1 or 2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, flexible, and professional approach
