Job summary

Enlighten Supply Pool is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH, ASD and ADHD in a busy classroom. The role is full-time and involves assisting both teachers and students to facilitate learning and a positive environment.

The successful candidate will bring SEN TA experience, a strong commitment to inclusivity, and the ability to work well in a team. DBS and CV are required, and interviews are being arranged.

Qualifications

• Experience as SEN Teaching Assistant or equivalent with SEMH/ASD/ADHD support.
• Ability to work with teachers and students in classroom settings.
• Right to work in the UK, and must provide DBS and CV.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties in the classroom.
• Assist the teacher with lessons and activities.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment and follow safeguarding procedures.

Job description

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is suitable for someone who has previous experience being a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and Learning Difficulties. This is a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position with full responsibilities.

In return as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be paid to scale your current teaching ability. The school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to assist both the teacher and the students within the classroom. The successful candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant role will play an important role within the school environment.
