Job summary

Penair School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming Inclusion Team. This full-time post (term-time plus 5 days) offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in our students' lives by supporting them academically and personally.

You will work closely with teachers to deliver planned activities, monitor progress, promote wellbeing and inclusion, and liaise with families and staff.

Penair School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive Inclusion Team. Salary£24,796 full time E1 - actual £21,232.81 TT+5 Pro rata with FTE of 0.8563. This will be subject to any support staff pay award from Sept if agreed.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can succeed. You will play a key role in supporting learning, encouraging independence, and promoting students' social and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
