Position Details

Salary: NJC Grade C: £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed-term position working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can:
  1. Be reliable, enthusiastic, and a good communicator
  2. Demonstrate relevant skills, training, and experience to make a positive difference
  3. Work collaboratively in the curriculum planning cycle and resource management
  4. Have experience working with children with special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health needs
  5. Inspire and motivate children to reach their potential
  6. Show initiative and react to solutions with integrity and compassion
Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to undertake work, care, and support programmes as directed by the class teacher and SENDCo. The role involves working with pupils with complex special educational needs in 1:1 or small group settings.
