Job summary

Cockburn MAT is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our growing team in a vibrant school community. The post is based at Middleton Primary School within the Trust, with a 30-hour per week schedule during term time plus three additional training days.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively to support pupils and contribute to our ambitious learning journey. The role offers a competitive pay scale (A2, SCP2 £24,413 FTE) with an actual salary around £16,850, reflecting term-time hours.

Pay scale and salary: A2, SCP2 (£24,413 per annum FTE)
£16,850 per annum actual salary
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week term time only plus 3 additional training days
