About the Role

ABC Teachers is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Telford. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in May 2025, supporting primary-aged students with moderate needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support within the classroom
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere and building strong relationships with students
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to meet individual learning needs

Candidate Requirements

• Strong behaviour management skills and a caring, patient approach

All staff registered will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks, and must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
