Job summary

Manor Primary Academy in Tamworth is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children with their learning in a caring, inclusive setting. You will work under a teacher to support individuals and groups, help prepare resources, and promote safe play, positive behaviour, and effective communication.

This 25-hour-per-week, term-time role offers development opportunities and a warm, supportive team within the Fierté Multi-Academy Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young children in an educational setting.

• Support the teacher in preparation, maintenance and tidying of resources.
• Be willing to take on any relevant professional development including paediatric first aid training.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people.
