Job summary

The Witherslack Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant in Leamington Spa to support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs. You will help them learn, develop their abilities and raise self-esteem, working closely with teachers and therapists in a well-resourced school environment.

This permanent, on-site role offers induction and training, school holiday working, supportive colleagues, a contributory pension, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a classroom preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support learners to participate in lessons and activities.
