Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at a highly regarded primary school in Romford, Havering. This school has a strong reputation within the local community and recently achieved a 'Good' rating from OFSTED. The successful candidate will be working primarily with Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils who require additional support due to SEND needs, challenges in socialising, and/or behavioural difficulties. You will be providing 1:1 support as well as group support. A key part of this role involves supporting pupils with their literacy development, with a specific focus on phonics-based learning. As many of the children you’ll be working with may have gaps in their reading and writing skills, your ability to implement phonics techniques to improve literacy will be essential.
