Job summary

Bright Futures Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic specialist school in Rayleigh, Essex. This full-time role starts January 2027 and offers the chance to support children and young people with SEND in a supportive environment.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping with learning, communication and development, and you will collaborate closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure positive engagement throughout the school day.
