Reeson Education is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bury. This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity to work with a Year 2 class, providing essential support to children who need extra help to meet age-expected learning standards. Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support as a teaching assistant to Year 2 pupils who need extra help with core subjects.
• Work alongside the class teacher to develop and deliver engaging lessons that capture students' attention.
• Plan and deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions in key subjects such as literacy and numeracy.
• Use a variety of exciting resources and activities to make learning fun and interactive for students.
• Adapt lessons and resources to meet the individual learning needs of each child.
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
