What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each student’s learning journey.
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them thrive.
• Playing a key role in maintaining a calm, positive and focused classroom.
• Monitoring progress and feeding back to help each child succeed.
• Collaborating with parents, staff and professionals to support every learner.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a primary school setting is ideal.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s development.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies is a bonus, but not essential.
