As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils, helping them maximize their educational potential. Your responsibilities include preparing learning materials, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting pupils' emotional and physical needs to foster their development and engagement.
Supporting pupils with SEMH needs is fulfilling work, and you'll receive support from experienced teams. Your contribution will lead to meaningful progress in pupils' lives, offering a direct, positive impact.
We seek candidates with GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths, some experience with SEN and in a school setting. You should be adaptable, caring, and capable of working both indoors and outdoors, depending on individual needs. Teamwork and mutual support are vital.
