Job summary

Aspire People Limited is supporting a Nottingham school to recruit Teaching Assistants on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. The role involves working with groups based on ability, supporting pupils aged 6–16 in small groups (max 6 pupils) with a minimum of 3 staff per group.

Working hours are 08:30–16:00, and the pay rate is up to £115 per day. Applicants should be resilient, adaptable and creative; thick-skinned candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in small groups (up to 6 pupils) aged 6–16.

We are so proud to be supporting our local school in Nottingham who are looking to add a number of Teaching Assistants to their growing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. Pay rate up to £115 per day!

Groups are based on ability, not age. So, you could be supporting pupils aged 6-16 and groups are no larger than 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members in each group. The pupils can be challenging and all candidates should be resilient, adaptable and creative. You must be thick-skinned.

Working hours are 0830 - 1600.
