Aspire People Limited is supporting a Nottingham school to recruit Teaching Assistants on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. The role involves working with groups based on ability, supporting pupils aged 6–16 in small groups (max 6 pupils) with a minimum of 3 staff per group.

Working hours are 08:30–16:00, and the pay rate is up to £115 per day. Applicants should be resilient, adaptable and creative; thick-skinned candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Resilient, adaptable and creative to support pupils.
• Ability to work with groups with age range 6–16.
• Thick-skinned when dealing with challenging behaviours.

Responsabilités
