Catch22 seeks a Teaching Assistant to work alongside teachers, supporting vulnerable young people in their academic and social development. The role involves assisting with lesson plans, managing behavior, and providing targeted support in a nurturing educational environment. Our independent schools and a range of tailored support programmes are targeted at young people who fall into high risk groups in all key stages, including those who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools or Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and those with social, emotional and/or mental health needs (SEMH) or special educational needs (SEN).

Salary:Up to £25,001 per annum FTE; £17,338.67 pro rata.
Contract:30 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum, permanent
