Job summary

Willow Park School in Milton Keynes seeks a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs. No previous experience required; full training in trauma-informed practice will be provided.

You will work closely with teachers, therapists and the Inclusion Team to build relationships and support learning in a safe, nurturing environment. The role offers a permanent contract (term-time only) with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, starting in November 2026.

What you'll do

This is far more than a classroom support role. As a Teaching Assistant at Willow Park, you will become a key figure in a pupil's day - someone who helps them regulate, engage and believe in themselves again.
