The School and Role

The school is an independent special school for pupils aged 11 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties who cannot attend a mainstream setting.

The ideal Behaviour Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with school-aged children
• Experience with pupils with SEMH or ADHD
• A passion for the progress of SEMH pupils
• The ability to work as part of a team
