The Role:

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work alongside class teachers and support staff to meet the diverse needs of students.

Support the classroom as a whole and provide 1:1 support when needed.

Be the first point of contact for children in your care, ensuring their well-being and learning needs are met.

Liaise with teaching staff and parents/guardians to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.

Role Requirements:

Personal or professional experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).

A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to work as part of a team alongside teaching and support staff.

A passion for supporting children with special educational needs.

What You'll Need:
