We are currently seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at a primary school, working in a Year 4 class. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to contribute to the learning and development of children in a dynamic classroom environment. The position will involve carrying out general teaching assistant duties and providing support to both the class teacher and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities in Year 4.

• Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.

• Provide individual and small group support to pupils, helping them with their learning and development.

• Support pupils with a variety of learning styles and needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.

• Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

• Assist in monitoring and tracking pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher where necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
