Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school. The role supports pupils with SEND, provides 1:1 and small-group support, and helps children access the curriculum with a calm, patient approach.

You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to foster an inclusive environment and aid students' independence and emotional regulation. Start Sep 2026.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a school team.

Responsibilities

Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
