Connex Education Partnership is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for an ASAP start in Loughborough and surrounding areas to provide day-to-day supply cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

You may support whole-class learning, small groups, or 1:1 based on school needs. The role offers flexible day-to-day work to fit your availability, with DBS checks and ongoing safeguarding commitments. Competitive weekly PAYE payments and CPD resources are provided.

We are now recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for an ASAP start, offering flexible day-to-day opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work within primary schools while supporting pupils’ learning and development.

You may be supporting whole-class learning, working with small groups, or providing 1:1 support depending on the needs of the school.

Person Specification

• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and professional
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply
