Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (SEND) – Hartley

Location: Hartley
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 4:15pm (Wednesdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs.
  2. Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
  3. Support students’ personal care and emotional well-being where required.
  4. Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
  5. Contribute to pupils’ progress, independence, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working in a SEND setting.
  2. Experience in supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
  3. A proactive and flexible team player with good communication skills.
  4. A valid UK driving licence is desirable due to the location.
