• Student Engagement: encourage participation, confidence, and independent thinking.
• Behaviour & Classroom Support: support positive behaviour and learning environment.
• Monitoring Progress: observe engagement and progress; feed back to staff.
• Lesson Preparation Support: assist with resources and classroom readiness.

Pay Scale: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience & contract type)

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
