We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students' growth and development at a thriving secondary school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to promote effective teaching and learning. Your tasks will include:

• Supporting individuals or groups of students in their learning journeys.
• Taking charge during short-term absences of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared activities.
• Assisting in classroom management and organization.
• Creating and maintaining a supportive and purposeful learning environment.
• Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
