Are you passionate about supporting children’s emotional and academic development in a nurturing and creative school environment? We are working with a large, community-focused primary school in the Littlehampton area that is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their thriving team.

About the School:

This vibrant and inclusive school places emotional wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. As one of the only ‘Thrive’ schools in West Sussex, it offers specialist support for pupils and families alike, including a full-time learning mentor and family support worker.

Creativity and diversity are key pillars of the school’s approach, with a rich curriculum that embraces the arts, music, sport, and outdoor learning. Pupils are encouraged to explore their individual talents and interests through a wide range of extra-curricular clubs—from rock bands and chess to French, knitting, and even battery-powered car building!

The school’s recent enhancements, including a new woodland path, music studio, and library, provide a vibrant and inspiring setting for both staff and students.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

Join a passionate team that truly values emotional wellbeing

Work in a creative environment that supports the whole child
