Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school. The role involves working closely with the teacher to engage children in lessons, fostering a love of learning, and managing behaviour both in and out of the classroom.

Essential Criteria (must have):

• Experience working in a pre-school setting.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years.
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Availability to start as soon as children return to school.
• Ability to plan and deliver suitable learning activities.

Desirable Attributes (should have):

• Ability to use own initiative and be resourceful.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanence in the future.
