Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant for a pupil referral unit in Lichfield. You will support learners with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and build confidence.

• Commitment to a long:term placement
• Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
• Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
• Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
