Job summary

Newstaff Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our supply team in Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas. Flexible day-to-day supply, short and long-term placements, and opportunities to move into permanent roles are on offer.

We require experience supporting children in school settings and safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS. Leighton Buzzard and nearby areas are covered with supportive local teams and competitive rates of pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting.
• Ability to support classroom learning, 1:1 or small groups.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs.

Requirements

The role:

We’re looking for TAs with experience supporting children and young people in a school or educational setting. You could be supporting classroom learning, working 1:1 or in small groups, or providing additional support to pupils with SEND and additional needs.

All candidates must be able to meet Newstaff’s safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, suitable references and the necessary right-to-work and employment checks.
