Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join local schools for flexible and supply roles across the area. You will support lesson delivery, work 1:1 or in small groups, and assist pupils with SEN to boost confidence and attainment.

Open to experienced TAs, graduates, or those with childcare or coaching backgrounds. Roles offer flexible shifts, weekly pay via PAYE, and CPD training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people in schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching.
• Patient, empathetic and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication and a good command of English and Maths.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport to local schools.
