About the Role

TeacherActive is partnering with a successful Primary School seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within Key Stage 2 and cover PPA sessions in the mornings or afternoons. This is a full-time, long-term position with potential for permanence. The school is committed to supporting student success.

Candidate Requirements

• HLTA qualification or higher (Level 4)
• Experience working in KS2
• At least 6 months of UK work experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience working with learners with SEN considerations

Responsibilities

Work flexibly and adapt sessions dynamically to promote successful learner outcomes, both 1:1 and in groups, across various subjects.
