Job summary

St Paul's Community Primary and Nursery School in Spalding is inviting applications for a Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. This fixed-term, full-time post supports children aged 3–11 and offers a 32.5-hour week during term time plus one additional week.

The role is within the Cit (Community Inclusive Trust) and includes a strong focus on safeguarding and pupil development.

Qualifications

  • Must have Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification.
  • Experience supporting early years learners is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in classrooms to support pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Implement planned learning activities under supervision and monitoring.
  • Maintain safeguarding and welfare of children in line with school policies.
