Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in a Year 1 classroom? We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Lancaster, starting in September.

Full-time, Term Time Only
Role: General classroom support, assisting with daily teaching activities, pupil engagement, and one-to-one or small group work
What We’re Looking For:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
School-based experience – ideally in Key Stage 1
A warm, nurturing approach and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff
Strong communication and teamwork skills
