Esteem Multi-Academy Trust is recruiting a Teaching Assistant at Bracken Hill School in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and experience supporting pupils with diverse needs. The post is term-time only (39 weeks per year) with a salary in the Support Pay Scale range.

The successful applicant will join a dedicated team and contribute to pupils’ learning and wellbeing within a SEND-focused setting. The package includes pension, holidays and wellbeing benefits.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Bracken Hill School

Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale - Grade 3 (Points 5-7), Actual Salary £26,428 - £27,274 per annum

Contract: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only)

Bracken Hill School is an all-age Special School for children aged 4 to 18 years, who have a range of complex educational needs with associated social and emotional difficulties, and challenging behaviour. The Executive Headteacher and Head of School are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Teaching Assistant. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to join a dynamic, flexible, hardworking team committed to providing pupils with the best possible opportunities to enable them to reach their full potential.
